The next step is to e-mail the scans of your company documents to us: tax id number, regon, company number and login (this will be assigned to any wholesale agreement).

From that moment on, you will see wholesale prices of our products each time you log in.

The prices will not include VAT for all our business partners within the EU.

Wholesale terms and regulations

1.   Minimum order at a time is 100 euro net. Any order below this limit will be considered retail trade.

2.   Since the sale takes place between two business entities, You are entitled to raise a complaint resulting from physical defects warranty, according to the provisions of Civil Code (article 556 – 572). The complaint must be made by telephone.

3.   As for any damage incurred while transporting the products or any products missing in the order, such cases must be reported immediately after accepting the delivery and a proper report must be written down together with the courier.

4.   Payment for the products and the delivery is effected with prepayment or commercial credit. If You choose prepayment, after confirming your order You will receive a fictitious invoice for the products and the delivery. After we pass the payment on our account, we will dispatch the products.
We acknowledge that commercial trade is available for any wholesale buyer who has already made three orders.

5.   Wholesale orders are completed only via shipping company. Delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the weight and size of the parcel and presented to the buyer for authorization before dispatch.  

6.   Free delivery does not apply to wholesale orders.

7.   BlackSword.pl reserves the right to withdraw some products available on the website from wholesale. After the wholesale products have been sold out, the buyer may buy them at retail prices.

8.   All trade information on www.BlackSword.pl does not constitute an offer as stated in the Civil Code, it only constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement.
