In order to raise a complaint, log in on BlackSword.pl website.
After logging in, click ‘RAISE A COMPLAINT’ in ‘Your account’ panel.
After clicking on the button, a RMA complaint form will be displayed.
Before filling out the form, check the billing data.
If the data is incorrect, input the correct data.
It can be done by using the hyperlink ‘Correct your data’ in article 1 of
the form, on the right side.
Next, fill out the RMA form.
Begin with inputting the name of the product (or product code on the
product card in the online shop).
Next, mark the purchase location and complete the ‘Defect description’
with all information about product malfunction. The more detailed
information about the defect and its circumstances, the easier and faster
it will be to diagnose the defect, perform the necessary repairs and,
consequently, send the product to the customer much earlier.
If You claim a refund, use the ‘Bank account’ to enter the bank
account number, to which the refunded money should be wired. We do not
make cash refunds or refunds by money order. After filling out the form,
click on ‘SEND THE COMPLAINT’ on the bottom of the page.
After clicking the button, the system will direct You to our complaint
panel.
The panel contains all complaints raised together with their status.
Going back to RMA procedure, enter the newly created complaint item by
clicking on it from the list.
After ‘entering the complaint’ print the complaint notice (RMA form),
sign it and put in the parcel together with the product you wish to raise
a complaint about. The button to print the complaint notice is located on
the right side of the notice print view.
Next, print the address label. You can do it by clicking on the button
located on the right side of the notice print view.
Glue the printed label with the RMA number in a visible spot on the
parcel.
We will not accept any parcels on postal collection order, or
parcels that have no visible label with RMA number.
