The company responsible for privacy policy and technical support of BlackSword.pl is X-Service Sebastian Czerwik from Wrocław (‘Owner’), who gathers and processes only necessary personal information of the website users, ensuring that no user data falls into the wrong hands. The company exercises its utmost concern for users’ well-being and obeys all legal regulations in this matter.



All X-Service employees are bound by special agreements forbidding them to disclose any confidential information and keep all obtained information secret, even after their current employment has been terminated.



Owner enables all customers of supplied shops to access their personal data and alter or delete it at any time.



The shop’s customer may at any time deactivate their account or refuse to receive any mailing.



The services of the shop run by X-Service can be used anonymously for as long as the user wishes to. Upon registering in the shop, the user is asked to provide limited amount of information. Registration is free and totally voluntary. Providing personal information is user’s sole act of will and choice. However, if the user provides incomplete or false data, it may make the delivery of ordered products impossible.



All the data given upon registration is processed only with the user’s consent. The aim of data processing is to conduct market research and to better fit the shop’s range of products to individual needs of customers.

 



The shop gathers personal data in order to adapt the contents, range of products and website advertisement to individual user. Moreover, personal data help the shop improve the quality of service, organize contests, send information about new products and conduct daily correspondence with shop’s customers on matters connected with shop’s business.

Should there occur any violation of law or proper government institutions claim access to personal data of users, Owner will make the data available to said institutions.



The development of the shop will result in alterations in privacy policy. It shall always be published with the date of the latest alteration. Using the website after the said date automatically involves accepting the current version of privacy policy.



The shop is not liable for the privacy policy and its implementation on the part of external websites, whose links are placed on the shop’s website.



Those users who use a computer together with other people (e.g. at school or workplace) are advised to log out after visiting our website, so that no other person has a chance to view their account settings or use their accounts without the users’ consent.
