How to buy?

  • All orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

  • All orders placed on weekdays after 3 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be completed the next working day.

 

  • It is not necessary to register or create an account to place an order in the shop. However, click (here) to find out what You can gain by creating an account in our shop.

 

  • You make your purchase by putting products into a virtual basket. Navigating in the shop is performed with different categories You see on the left side. The desired number of products are added to the basket by clicking ‘Add to basket’, right next to each product.

 

  • Once your basket contains all products You wish to buy, simply click ‘Order now’ on the right (bottom) side of your basket.

 

  • Once You have done that, the system will ask You to select the delivery method with one of the shipping companies (info here) or if You wish to accept the products in person (info here).

 

  • Accepting the products in person is obviously free of charge, the cost of delivery by different shipping companies is given here.

 

  • All prices of products in BlackSword.pl shop include VAT (it does not apply to wholesale buyers from EU).

 

  • If the customer wishes so, BlackSword.pl may issue an invoice. In order to receive an invoice, You must mark the feature ‘I wish to receive an invoice’ in the panel (step 3 of placing an order) and provide all necessary information for issuing such invoice.
