1)    After carrying out the order, the customer will receive an e-mail informing about the parcel being dispatched. Additionally, the customer will receive the number of waybill in the shipping company that enables to             track the dispatched parcel.

2)    The time needed for completing the order depends  on the method of payment and starts with the following:

a)     PREPAYMENT – passing the payment an the company bank account

b)     POSTAL COLLECTION ORDER – placing and confirming the order.

3)     The estimated time for completing the order is in days and it only includes working days.

4)     The time for completing the order includes the time needed to carry out the order, prepare the parcel and deliver it to the customer:

a)     DPD shipping company: delivery time 3-5 days (depends on the country).

5)      BlackSword.pl confirms accepting the order by e-mail which contains:

a)    a request to confirm the placed order;

b)    a link that allows to cancel the order;

c)    order number, product list, cost and delivery method.

6)      In case a prepayment is made:

a)    the customer will receive an automatic e-mail notification as soon as the status of the order changes from ‘incomplete’ to ‘awaiting payment’.

b)    the e-mail will contain all information necessary to effect the payment.

c)     The deadline for payment is 7 days.

d)    in case there is no payment, BlackSword.pl reserves the right to nullify the order and put it on a list of false orders.

7)     In order to change the method of payment or delivery, the customer must contact Customer Service.

8)     All alterations in the order may be made by telephone until the status of the order is changed to ‘complete’.
