Upon product return, BlackSword.pl shop will refund the total value of the purchased product, including delivery costs incurred by the customer while purchasing the product.
However, the cost of returning the product will be covered by the customer.

The parcel must be accompanied with a receipt and the number of a bank account, to which the refunded money should be wired.
Product exchange is effected immediately – subject to product availability.
Refunds for returned products to bank accounts are effected within 7 days from receiving the parcel with the returned product.
When returning the product to us, You must attach a withdrawal statement (see below):
